I’m honored to share that I will be presenting at the 2026 NASPA Conferences on Student Success in Higher Education (SSHE) in Austin, Texas, June 10–13, 2026. My session, “When DEI Disappears: The Post-DEI Hollowing Phenomenon and Its Consequences for Student Success,” will explore the impact of shifting diversity, equity, and inclusion infrastructures on belonging, engagement, and student success within higher education.
